The "HRS-400R" is a shutterless infrared camera equipped with a non-cooled vanadium oxide microbolometer element that is sensitive to the mid-infrared wavelength range. It allows for the monitoring of objects that were previously obscured by flames, enabling observation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, through the flames. The "HRS-400KA" is a heat-resistant camera developed specifically for heating furnaces, based on the "HRS-400" model, designed for external installation. By installing our unique water-cooled air purge hood "WAP-06S," we can eliminate the fogging of the observation window that could not be resolved with conventional heating furnace monitoring, allowing for clear images without fog. 【Features】 - Enables clear image monitoring without fog by directly attaching to the furnace wall via our dedicated water-cooled purge hood "WAP-05," bypassing the heat-resistant glass of the furnace wall. - Very little dirt accumulation on the inner surface of the heat-resistant glass due to purge air from the front. - No dirt accumulation, resulting in very clear images. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
